Buckley Kolar represents banks and other financial institutions, investment funds, and investment advisers on commercial lending matters, including equipment leasing and finance, commercial mortgage loans, and mezzanine lending.  We advise clients on state licensing requirements for brokers, lenders, servicers and investors.  For clients whose activities subject them to state licensing, we file and obtain necessary licenses.  We also advise clients on federal and state regulatory requirements applicable to commercial lending.
