RICHARD S. DISALVO JOINS BUCKLEY KOLAR WASHINGTON OFFICE
Former American Express Counsel to Focus on Retail Financial Services Law
Buckley Kolar LLP of Washington, D.C., announced today the addition of Richard S. DiSalvo as Counsel. Mr. DiSalvo’s practice focuses on domestic and international retail financial services including consumer credit law, particularly related to credit card transactions, for clients that include major credit card issuers and credit reporting agencies.
Mr. DiSalvo has served as Group Counsel with American Express in New York and in Sydney, Australia, and Vice President of Government Affairs with American Express in Washington, DC. Prior to Buckley Kolar, Mr. DiSalvo was General Counsel and Secretary of Dominion Semiconductor L.L.C. and General Counsel of Micron Technology Virginia.

Mr. DiSalvo received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and his B.A. from Williams College. While at Georgetown University Law Center, he was an editor of The Georgetown Law Journal.
